Reception & Front Desk Staff
Position
We are looking for Reception & Front Desk Staff to join our team.
Main Duties
- Welcoming guests during check-in and check-out
- Managing quotes, bookings, and stay requests
- Answering questions and providing information about hotel services and the local area
- Coordinating operational activities with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Handling phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
- Digital proficiency (PMS software, Office suite, email)
- Flexible hours and availability to work shifts (including holidays and weekends)
- Previous experience in hotels, residences, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Slope and MrPreno software is preferred but not essential
- Plus: Excel proficiency, previous experience in administration or accounting
